Fix what’s wrong, but don’t rewrite what the artist wrote. Stick to the official released version — album booklet, label site, verified lyric video, etc. If you’re guessing, pause and double-check.
Respect the structure
Songs have rhythm. Pages do too. Leave line breaks where they belong. Don’t smash things together or add extra empty space just for looks.
Punctuation counts (but vibe-editing doesn’t)
Correct typos? Yes. Re-punctuating a whole verse because it ‘looks better’? Probably not. Keep capitalization and punctuation close to the official source.
Don’t mix versions
If you’re editing the explicit version, keep it explicit. If it’s the clean version, keep it clean. No mashups.
Let the lyrics be lyrics
This isn’t the place for interpretations, memories, stories, or trivia — that’s what comments are for. Keep metadata, translations, and bracketed stage directions out unless they’re officially part of the song.
Edit lightly
If two lines are wrong… fix the two lines. No need to bulldoze the whole page. Think ‘surgical,’ not ‘remix.’
When in doubt, ask the crowd
Not sure what they’re singing in that fuzzy bridge? Drop a question in the comments and let the music nerds swarm. Someone always knows.
I was driving with a friend and we were listening to Muse through an FM transmitter before it started to get all staticful. Then we switched it to this song, and the way the static from the radio fit in with the odd percussion was almost too scary to handle.
I know exactly what you mean! I've always thought it sound like it belongs in a movie or something. I personally love this track. ONe of my favourites.

Those are the lyrics. Well. Kind of. It's how it goes anyway. This is a great instrumental. Best track on Hullaballoo. I hate it when people have a go at instrumentals. If you like this, try Treefingers by Radiohead, another great instrumental
Is it me,or does the plink plink plink plink sound like tubular bells? It carries on throughout the song and I alawys think of the Exorcist when I listen to it.Anohther great instrumental - Oscillate Wildly by The Smiths
God this song is so creepy. In a good way. It sounds like it belongs in a sci-fi horror film like the Sixth Sense or something. It just gives you shivers when you listen to it. Great piece of music.

We were also high, but still. It scared us.
Excellent instrumental track. I always get the odd feeling that it has been used in a film, when it actually hasn't. I think it belongs in something!

its legend
Picture a long dark hallway in a derelict mansion displaying a gallery of peeling portraits....

Lol, its like something off of a Final Fantasy game; the beginning, anyway. I like this instrumental. Its fun to listen to :3
I hate this song, because it's to epic for my mind to handle.
Other than that though, it's a pretty beautiful song.

This song is like . . . I sort of picture someone making something wonderful. Sort of hard to explain, but yeah.
