The last line really defines the song for me. He "accidentally" made smart beings, so instead of dealing with it, he just destroyed them. It's kind of saying that the smart "plastic, brand new army" really could win over the braun, but the strong will use cowardly, unfair tactics to win.
I love the rhythm to this. The meaning is kind of straight forward, I guess. Dumb people mistake brilliance for evil and can think of nothing to do but destroy it. Communism, maybe? But probably not..
