I figure they're against the anti christ, but for themselves. Interesting concept.
Yeah, I think the idea is that they are agains the anti-christ because they dont think he is all he is cracked up to be. That doesn't mean they are for christ though...thats just not GWAR's style.

They do not believe in any of it. They crush the antichrist because there is no Christ and there is no anti-Christ, it is all so much offal. And look at this line:

They went right out there and said "Holy pergancy my ass, the 'virgin' Mary was a fucking whore, that's how she got pregnant with that little fuck." Who did you THINK 'peasant whore' referred to?

I think you kinda have it but a bit exagerated. They are no so hateful of Christians as you make it appear. "maybe it's nothing at all" You have to take into consideration their "role-play", so as alien scum they want to fight whoever earths biggest badass is, more than about religeon itself.

Yeah, Kaist, you're just bringing up the old fallacy of "my enemy's enemy is my friend." They are against being persecuted as the anti-christ, because that is as fictional as christ.

Like many GWAR songs, this song has multiple meanings.
Taken literally and within the context of the overall album, the song is about GWAR summoning a larger beast (Oberammergau - The Hellmouth) to defeat the Black Pope, who is believed to be the Anti-Christ and has taken over the church and corrupted it from the inside. That's what the whole "heaping virgins around me, I summon the Oberammergau" line is about. Oderus is conducting a ritual sacrifice to summon the Hellmouth. This fits in with the overall storyline of the album, which culminates in "The Song of Words," where GWAR goes to war with the forces of the Black Pope, aided by the creatures that Oberammergau spewed forth from some chaos dimension. In the end, GWAR doesn't do this to save or defend the church... They do it because they're GWAR, and GWAR kills stuff.
Taken figuratively, the song is about how all religions are lies. The idea is that if there is no Christ-God, then there is no Devil. In order for one to be truly anti-Christian, they must also be anti-Satan because one predicates the other. It touches on the corruption within the church and the fact that the entire structure of organized religion is designed to oppress people and make the weak feel strong.
Almost nothing that GWAR does has a single meaning. It's what makes them such a great act. On one hand, they're establishing a mythos and telling awesome stories within it. On the other hand, they are making social commentary the whole time. In conclusion: GWAR rules!
