Fling Thing/Rocker

yeah i posted this song and i did cuz i think it rocks. this is totally a song that relates to any of the guys in ac/dc. theres a performances of this on the family jewels dvd where they perform this song in soccer uniforms. nice nice.

i like this song alot....actually these are both seperate songs...fling thing is actually an instramental based on the scottish folk song loch lommond...but on family jewels they were played together live...but yea they r both good tracks

Actually these are two separate songs and shouldn't be put together. Fling Thing is the Scottish folk song 'Bonny of Loch Lommond', which AC/DC played for fun in their earlier days. They then played it as Fling Thing and dressed in the Scottish National Soccer team uniforms as they were performing in Glasgow and Scotland had qualified for the World Cup at the time (Malcolm Young loves Soccer/ Football). Anyway, Rocker is just awesome. True AC/DC, loud, powerful and heavy. Great for jamming to.

The most under-rated AC/DC song of all time, hands down!

The live version, on the "If You Want Blood..." album, is such a perfect show closer. After that, the audience is so drenched in sweat that when they open the doors and cold outside air pours in, rain would begin to fall INSIDE an indoor venue. I saw it happen.
