I know exactly how this feels. Knowing you are a selfish person and you want to do whats right but you just feel like you are sinking deeper and deeper into unhappines and pain... and you know its just b/c o your selfishness and your mistakes and you just want what you had.

this song is accually about a person... most likely jimmy, the singer, who becomes selfish and falls away from Christ and is trying to ask Christ to help him back to normal and a life for God

Love this song, my favourite one on the album.

And does anyone know what Jimmy screams between "I'm falling farther away from you" and "I'm only suffering because my focus is gone"? Theres definately another line there, but every lyric site leaves it out =/

I think it says "Can't breathe, can't fight, can't live" I'm just not sure about the last part, I don't know if its live or not. But this song is about giving into your selfishness and finding yourself further and further away from God, but not being able to help yourself
