Something's gotten all over my head
And it won't leave me alone
Neon when you come on
Something's gotten all over my head
And it won't let me go
Neon when you come on
Something's got a hole in my head
And I didn't know
Neon when you come on
Something's got a hole in my head
And I didn't know
Neon when you come on
(And you) Come on
It brings a new type of grace
And it keep coming back for more
And it leaves me with a shimmering face
And it keep coming back
For more
And it brings a new type of grace
And it keep coming back for more
And it leaves me with a shimmering face
And it keep coming back
For more
Neon when you come and go
Neon when you come and go
Neon when you come and go
Neon when you come and go
Neon when you come and go
Neon when you come and go
(Neon) And it brings a new type of grace
And it keep coming back for more
(Neon) And it leaves me with a shimmering face
And it keep coming back
For more
And it won't leave me alone
Neon when you come on
And it won't let me go
Neon when you come on
And I didn't know
Neon when you come on
And I didn't know
Neon when you come on
(And you) Come on
And it keep coming back for more
And it leaves me with a shimmering face
And it keep coming back
For more
And it keep coming back for more
And it leaves me with a shimmering face
And it keep coming back
For more
Neon when you come and go
Neon when you come and go
Neon when you come and go
Neon when you come and go
Neon when you come and go
And it keep coming back for more
(Neon) And it leaves me with a shimmering face
And it keep coming back
For more

I've always imagined this song as being sung from the perspective of a moth. You know how moths are attracted to light, always flying around them and bumping into them, yet they continue to "come back for more?" :) Just a neat way of thinking about it. I think it suits the kind of dazed, dreamy atmosphere of the song.

I beleive the lyirc where you said "Something's gotten all over my head" is "Something's got a hold of my head." Same thing with the beginning of the first three stanzas.
This song is about drugs.
I definitely hear "Got a hold of my head"
Also, I think it's "I keep coming back" not "It keep coming back".
It's "Neon when you come on home"
The horns blow me the hell away.
Sorry Ikefox, I'm pretty sure those are saxophones. As for the lyrics, I always though of this as actual neon, some kind of beautiful bright light that made you feel awed. Maybe something about finding peace in the wrong places. It doesn't always have to be about drugs. :-)
A saxophone is a kind of horn. I understand that it's a woodwind, but it fits the definition of horn.
