I asked Drew what this song was about probaby 3 months after this band was started. Without hesitation he told me "ROUGH SEX." AHAHA. What's funnier is that he isn't lying. I'll let someone else fill in the details about what the lyrics seem to be about, tho.
Oyy, I can understand this song more than anyone ever should.
Not just rough sex, but a rough relationship. Like, physically rough. He's afraid that her eyes will open and she'll see that he's abusing her, so he controls her and manipulates her until she doesn't know what the hell she's thinking yet can't blame him.
