"Ease up, ease up and life will get better" I love this song, have no idea what it really means. Just got the Warped Tour 2004 CD and i really like this song, and i saw there wasnt a comment!

I think it's about when things get out of hand, things are said and taken the wrong way, and before you know it you're at ends with your best friends. Then you realize that you acted foolishly and almost threw away a good thing. Step back, relax, life will get better. Just don't call it quits because the friendship is all you have left.
And btw, Betty, referenced to in the song and in the band's name, is Betty Cisneros, the guitarist. I love this song, so I'll need to check out their other stuff.
