Tired of Me Lyrics
And I'm,
so tired of me,
withered and unclean.
I'm too blind to see,
shit that is me
And you're
so tired of me.
I'm too blind to see.
You don't need me.
My idle absentee
And I'm so tired of me,
withered and unclean.
I'm too blind to see,
this shit that is me.
And I'm so tired of me,
withered and unclean.
And I'm too blind to see,
shit that is me
so tired of me,
withered and unclean.
I'm too blind to see,
shit that is me
And you're
so tired of me.
I'm too blind to see.
You don't need me.
My idle absentee
And I'm so tired of me,
withered and unclean.
I'm too blind to see,
this shit that is me.
And I'm so tired of me,
withered and unclean.
And I'm too blind to see,
shit that is me

Nothing really too deep here, but the instrumental layering is so nice, the simplicity fits it quite well. Anyway, I'd say that it is someone's (either Broadrick's own or whoever the speaker is of this song) reflection of having absolutely no self worth to the point where you can't even see why anyone cares about you in the first place.
Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. Very depressing, self-nihilistic lyrics, but somehow this song makes me smile because it's so damn beautiful, due to the layering, the ambience, and the military style rolls at the end. Awesome song.
I think the effects added onto the vocals create an ethereal sound, which really adds to the disconnection that the individual must be feeling.
