This song is great. I think it's about a girl who's a lesbian, but she's in denial about the whole thing and she's living this double life. She normally pretends not to be a lesbian, but when she's drunk the truth comes out, but she'd desperate not for it to come out, and she's putting on this facade. She's desperately unhappy and confused.
