I think he's pledging his love to someone, and even when everything seemed great, the sun (is love) left him. And in the end he doesn't know how to heed caution to others since he can't even make anything of the situation himself.

great song.one of my favorite fr.D.Byron's era.Oh,it's so true.Blinder than a blind eye.i've been in the same trouble.i like this unusual bass lines n vocal harmony.
