yeah well it seems to be about ecstasy and coming down after a pill not again its so lifelike seems to be saying he doesnt want to come back to the real world (because everything is so great on ecstasy)
ozziundrgrnd is probably right about the drug thing.
But, more in depth, I think it's about someone with a drug addiction and they keep getting themselves f**ked up and high or drugged in order to stay away from the real world, because it's to "Lifelike" for them and their too "fragile" to handle it.

This was the first Karnivool song i ever heard, and now iI think I'm one of the manyfew in the USA who like Karnivool. I heard this song last July, bought Themata and the entire CD blew me away...these guys should be internationally famous.
