can't belive no one commented on this song its the best on the album I think its about a day that was so great you don't want it to end ... simple as that... and its really relaxing

I agree with you guys. But I can't get what they mean with the repeated lines: Can't stop running...
It's a very good song, good combination of heavy and acoustic guitar. Cool band too !
My initial interpretation is that the song is about living in and enjoying the moment and not wanting it to end. All good things must come to an end, so can't stop running might be a reference to time running short.
Additionally, don't take things for granted... tomorrow is never guaranteed
