I f*cking love this song! I don't know about any of you, but I hear a definate Sevendust influence (probably because this is where Clint disappeared to). I think this song stands for nostalgia, for wanting to go back to a time when things were simpler and choices were less painful. Back when things still made sense.
This is an awesome song! you can just feel the energy in it. I think it is about how "something we love" (music) is keeping him away from his family. He'd "I'd trade it all to have you all here with me". Before he thought his home was always a great place to leave but now he realizes it wasn't so bad and he misses it.

This song is great. I got to see DND a couple of weeks ago and they put on an AWESOME show. This song especially rocked. I got to meet the band after the show and they are the most down to earth people you'll ever meet. I was really surprised. As for the meaning of this song I think it's about turning away from your family.....like going away and then realizing what you left behind......."I'd trade it all...... To have you all here with me" pretty much sums up this song. I wish the best to DND and I know they're gonna be huge someday. This whole album rocks....i suggeset goin out and gettin it....

Its about someone who a happy life for fame and fortune and they think that it will make their life all so much better. But it doesn't include their family and thats what the person needs.
