I think this song is about someone who feels as though life has only thrown things at him, and he blames Neil for his existence. (He wrote the song, after all.)
I wish I had this song back. I miss it so much. It's such a nice song.
I don't think it's about someone blaming Neil for his problems... it really sounds like a song complaining that it's not finished.
I think neil is just trying to show what the life a somone made sololy for a song is like.
Maybe Neil couldn't had a long period of writers block, so he came up with a song about not having anything to write a song about?
