The Cemetery Lyrics
You don't wanna be
I don't wanna see
baby get your feet on the floor, shut the door, count to four
there's ice on your shoulders
I don't wanna fall face down in the flood of the tears from the years that we loved and messed up
lets get older
remember the foggy window?
remember lightning and wet clothes?
remember the house we used to live near the cemetey?
There's a shadow on the wall and it's nine feet tall and our hearts won't sink cos it's obviously nothing at all
and in a roundabout way we can disappear towards the coast, the most I have to say isn't really that revealing at all
everyone you forgot
everything you could need
everybody's gonna make it to the cemetey
there's a fab, there's a yick
there's a jenny, there's karen
there's a paul, there's a jack
there's a denny
everyone you forgot
everything that you need
everybody's gonna make it to the cemetey
there's a ross, there's a neil
there's a lenny, there's a aaron
there's a saul, there's a trip
there's a benny
woah woah woah woah, way oh, way oh
woah woah woah woah, way oh, way oh
woah woah woah woah, way oh, way oh
do you remember?
remember the foggy window?
remember lightning and wet clothes?
remember the house we used to live near the cemetey?

This song makes me want to get up and jump, run, dance and be all silly!
I love how it makes me wanna dance, but the lyrics are so fucking sad because "everybody's gonna make it to the cemetary" means that we're all going to die eventually and end up in a cemetary.
this song made me content with dying. haha:D
I love this song! I can't help singing out loud to it :)
i agree pink_love. this song sound like fun.
but why should we be sad about death? let's dance to our death!
Excellent song yet again -- although the subject is a tad morbid.
Haha, I want this played at my funeral or cremation or whatever I'm getting when I die. I hope people dance around to it.
Such a great, fun, dancey song. ♥
i think its about 2 friends being together and becoming more in a big group of friends and even though they have grown apart, they will always be there for each other, and they always remember the good times.
I love the manner in which they sing this song. Reminds me of the vocal stylings in the Monster Mash, haha.
