We Always Rewind the Best Part Lyrics
if you go, i'll wait for you. you wouldn't drive without a key, you can't live if you don't bleed, you try to run, but there's no peace without me. i know that you will wish i was there (someday, someday, someway) wishing i knew your every care (someday, someday, someway) paint the walls your favorite shade of blue, i hope all your dreams come true; i will be renewed. i won't waste your time anymore, i finally put a lock on our closed door, and you will not break through. we'll try to put smiles on our face, and see who is the quickest to replace our lost and broken love.

This song is so beautiful, I listen to it all the time when Im feeling down.
She knows she is missing him. He knows that no matter how bitter she acts, she is wishing they were together again. Wishing he was there to care about her and tell her it woul dbe ok. But he finally decides to stop interfering with her life, and move on. he wishes her the best of luck and moves on, never to come back. The thing is, thats not what she wants. Now they will both put on fake smiles, and wait to see who the girl/guy is to replace what the once had.
maybe?
I really love this song. It's basically about someone who is trying so hard to forget the other person, but they know that they just can't give them up. They do so many things to block out the person and yet, those very things that they do reminds them of that person. & they realize that the other person will someday realize how important they were, and by then, it will be too late.
