This song is about how people always want to move on in life because it always seems bad at the current, even when it changes. "Everyone loves you, nobody cares"/"Nobody loves you, everyone cares".

I think this is about "The psychic pain of living in this world" and feeling utterly misunderstood and lonely Kind of mild form of depression where one loses faith in everything.
