So my interpretation of the song is a woman with massive sex appeal that he is interested in but also apprehensive of. The driving bass line of the song has a red light district-y (Is that a word? lol; in other words, sexy) feel to it. My assumption is he is being drawn in by this woman ('cut my fingers on the way' can be symbolic of being 'green' or trying something new for the first time). More clues as to the lascivious, outgoingly sexy nature of the woman-- "You hit me like a tom" "You wasnt polite". Plus, the camera imagery kinda speaks for itself. During the course of the song his "untouchable" feelings (You cant hurt me , if I dont let you-esque, reserved, observant) turns to "I turn my feelings on inside, I feel myself ignite"
All in all sexy, fun and a little dirty in a voyeur kinda way.
