I think the song is just about being a band, and trying to find success, and having people constantly watching you and looking to you for something they cant find in themselves. And having people want to just be in a picture with you,even though you are complete strangers when a picture is something personal.

He's saying that the band, the music, and the fans are the best things that ever happened to him. And that those things (fame, fans, etc) wont go to his head, even if they become hugely successful, he is going to stay true to what he believes in and they are going to keep making what they are proud of. "This is the beginning of something, too strong to break now."

You are getting it all wrong, the song has nothing to do with sex, it's about staying true to yourself.

This song was originally titled Point A to Point B in the Geffen Demos. Now the first song off of Based On A True Story, and a great song to start off the more mature sounding Starting Line. Kenny\'s voice has changed yet it still carries the emotion everyone is used to. I love this song and the new cd.

i think he's pretty cute actually. i thought it was kind of funny because after he wrote bedroom talk i guess some people took it offensively like he was talking about rape. he got all upset and started telling about how hell no it was not rape and he didn't even have sex until he was like nineteen and why would anyone think that.

i think his rant had the wrong impression on me because upon seeing it, i laughed my ass off.

im pretty sure its about a relationship theyre having where the one person is going around telling people about the sexual life and hes getting upset about it. "its like making love to the camera" because the person is going around and giving away all the details and everyone now knows about it all.

i also think it has to do with all the pictures and fame. b/c like allt he movie stars and all that..everyone knows about their life and Kenny is just saying that spreading such personal stuff is just like 'making love to the camera"because he's using a metaphor b/c sex is somehting personal too. so like, everyone knowing your personal business is like they just watched you have sex, which should be personal.
