I think its pretty obvious this song is metaphorical... im going to see Wolfmother live at Big Day Out... can't wait.

Although i do not doubt the accuracy of the lyrics as represented in the book: ador.. makes a well informed point about the serpent Nyssa (thanks for that) that does make sense. Also having seen the absolutic fantastic live set that was recently on the ABC. it does sound-and look, like he is saying Nyssa. Maybe they are being clever bastards? Either way, the are pretty bloody fab, and I dont care about the critismn of them being retro, anybody trying to create music in the vain of Zep etc. can not be a really bad thing. Cant wait to see them at BDO (&wolfncub&whitestipes&KingsofLeon&Go-team&Beasts of Bourbon&Gerling&&&&....!!)

This song is so catchy i was singing it in class one day and everyone went quite just to hear me sing apple tree....god they cannot mind there on busness
