wow, these lyrics are really bad / uncorrect. it is a little hard to understand tim in this song, though.
this is one of my top favorite good life songs. its amazing, basically.

one thing i like about this song a lot is that it's not a perfect recording, it adds a lot of character.
no, the original poster was correct. it's JIM BEAM, as in the whiskey..
'you're the peanuts at their city' makes no sense at all. so i'm pretty sure it's: 'you're the peanuts at BEER CITY'--as in the beer city bar in omaha.
