This is what the band say about this song on their webpage: The police in Sweden are really good at protecting each others backs. This song is about a police officer that shot a guy in the back when he was running away from the cop in a staircase. The cop got away with it because he had supposedly done it in self defence. A prime example of the Swedish Judicial system at work.
