For what its worth, I think this song is about being soon to break up with someone that has been kind of controlling in the realtionship. Maybe?
it's about being UNDER THE INFLUENCE of alcohol.
I see it as being about going back to somebody you know is bad for you. They're controlling, arrogant, self-centered, and just a bad person. And therefore being with them is like you're "under the influence" because they're not good for you.
Such a kick-ass song though.
Okay this is an AMAZING SONG!!! He is pretty much saying this girl thinks shes so much better then everyone and how he is tired of her thinking she could do anything she wanted. This song helped me so much when i broke up with my ex. I finally stood up to her and I was happy to know i was done playing her game. Bemis is god!
