I think it's about a person who is friends with someone who believes they are better than everyone else and doesn't pay attention to anything [Bryce] says. And he's not saying that he's perfect; he's saying that his "friend" has been corrupted and it's time for this person to realize how sh!tty they've been.

about a conceded person. i hate those kind of people,
I absolutely LOVE this song. But I love every song by the rocket summer. bryce has just a great and unique voice. all his songs actually have meaning. its not some emo kid talking about how miserable he is. i can't help but sing along to this song. its so upbeat and each song it different!
This is kinda about all those people [Mainly High/Middle school girls] Who try to talk people down and make themselves look good. And there "Living life to be on top" and there trying to hard. Not ebing themseves
