Simon's said this song's based on the book Snow Crash by Neil Stephenson. Read the book and the lyrics make a lot more sense.

This is what the song means to me and probably no one else...I heard a bunch of girls in different places of the country talking about how they touched Simon's ass they all got sick with the same thing. So Simon is just singing about how he is hot and gets girls sick because they can't resist him. (Hope he doesn't have any STDs)
