A woman called Polly who wants a crack rock (drug?) and is all messed up in the head, probably brought up badly....parents weren't very good.

I always thought this song was sort of a parody of the song "Polly" by Nirvana. That song is all serious and about a girl getting raped. this one is just about a girl trying to get high.
