It's Almost a Trap Lyrics
Steal all the chandeliers down your street and call it romance. Stop kissing all the neighbours that your brother meets, don’t promise it’s chance. And I’ve been saying later lately, so I’ll colour a map. I’ll lead you to the mountains we’ll meet, it’s almost a trap

this song is temporarily stuck in my head. i wish it was longer, then the repeat button wouldn't be so fleeting
anyways, i think this song is describing all the silly things people do for love/or the like, to give that illusion of love or being needed. hence all the ridiculous things done such as stealing chandeliers in an act of romance, indulging in lust and kissing whoever will kiss you back, and tricking the people we love into loving us back. i may WAY off though. lol, frankly it's hard to tell with just four lines.
i agree with you jadedgypsy. especially with the line "stop kissing all the neighbours that your brother meets" it just sounds like shes so desperate for love that she will kiss anyone. anyways, i love this song.
i agree with everyone else about the lyrics. and i just love when he goes, "it's almost a trap."
