the suffocation could be either the person they're singing about has taken them over completly & its the whole "i can't breathe without you"

stab the knife through- i'm thinking of possible backstabbing by the other person...or mabye pain they've caused him

this person obviously wanted to tear him apart, and hes letting them know that they didnt and him never be hurt by them again.

anyways..i wanted to post a meaning instead of "i love this song" even though i truely do.
