Growing Up With GNR Lyrics
whenever, whenever, whenever you fall apart
forget her, forget her, forget her
she broke your heart
whenever, whenever, whenever, you wanna rock
forget her, forget her, forger her, she's torn apart
I've been walking these streets tonight
trying to get it right, I've got to get it right
whenever you're home you're never really home
well I've been living in a fantasy
just trying to get it right I've got to get it right
whenever you're lonely you are not alone
whenever, whenever, whenever you fall apart
forget her, forget her, forget her, she's torn apart
o' baby you are looking foxy tonight
is it the way you walk or just the way you talk
you're playing the part
that's gonna break my heart
well girl there's something
about the way you walk
you will be crushing my soul
and won't be paying me back
why can't you be the way you used to be
way back when...
I was only twelve, dammit all to hell, I was feeling fine
hearing Axl Rose on the radio
singing sweet child of mine
welcome to the jungle
you're much too much to handle
I wish I weren't in love with you
hearing Axl Rose on the radio
remembering the good times with you
I've been living in a fantasy
just trying to get it right I've got to get it right
whenever you're lonely you are not alone
forget her, forget her, forget her
she broke your heart
whenever, whenever, whenever, you wanna rock
forget her, forget her, forger her, she's torn apart
trying to get it right, I've got to get it right
whenever you're home you're never really home
well I've been living in a fantasy
just trying to get it right I've got to get it right
whenever you're lonely you are not alone
forget her, forget her, forget her, she's torn apart
is it the way you walk or just the way you talk
you're playing the part
that's gonna break my heart
well girl there's something

this band has really grown on me
I think this song is about the narrator looking back on an old relationship when he was feeling lonely. And when he realized he was lonely, he really wasn't because he had memories.
This song is niiice. :]
such a cool song =)
Yeah, I think it's about a guy talking to himself, looking back on stuff. "I was only twelve, damn it all to hell" I love that part.
