Pinpoint Lyrics

pinned to the earth like the scars in my hand aren't you son
spills from your mouth and says wanna live the life I'd begun
a house overgrown like no one lived here at all
watch what your saying don't say what you seen here this fall
at all here to call
so hold your lamps low
near the stairs where the dogs won't go
the air weighs a ton what have they become
what have we become?
what have we done?
what have I done?
we lit forth the run
what have we become?
what have I done?
falling down
so hold your lamps low
near the stairs where the dogs won't go
the air weighs a ton
what have we done now?
what have we become?
what have we done?
what have I done?
we lit forth the run
what have we become

Cover art for Pinpoint lyrics by Spartan Fidelity

The part "pinned to the earth like the scars in my hand aren't you son" makes me think of Christ's crucifixion. It's probably not about this (the rest of the song doesn't go with that theme), but I like that line anyway....
