I can't believe no one has commented on this song. It's one of my favorites of all time. I'm not a huge fan of Jonny Lang but I think that this is a masterpiece. It seems like he could be talking about alot of things. Religion, relationships, rehab, I don't know. Great song. "Reality will make my dream come true"
Im a big fan of TuPac and would have never herd this song if it wasnt part of Running, a song produced as a tribute to TuPac and Biggie, Now that i herd it i think its better than the tribute song
Its sounds like a song about how all people think and feel, its a song tells you to keep on going and push through the hard times.
This is another of those songs that is vague and lets you associate your own meaning to it
This song ask the question that I'm sure many people has asked. why keep fighting to live if your life is just an endless fight? if no one's giving you a chance why are you still trying to give? If we're all just going to die, why are we dying to live?
Sure it seems to start off bleak, depressed or even emo...but I love how the song comes full circle. The artist was begging himself these questions during trying times in the begining, but towards the end has resolved these questions. found his reason for continuing the fight and stands tall
