Also, I don't know if it's just me, but I can really hear The Smiths influence in this song.
This is one of my favorite Dears songs. It just really means a lot to me. It's almost as if it were written just for me.

when i hear the lyrics, correct me if I'm wrong, but it's like they're trying to say, it's like hollywood and couples: trying to get away from the media, how long will it last? they're trying to avoid by "anti-social plague" and the media is still getting to them and they're saying, "don't lose the faith", keep trying.
