so... plastic surgery? half of these lines are obviously transcribed wrong but i'll go with what i have i guess. "all systems down" is kinda what happens when you get older and plastic surgery just fucks up your body "artificial respiration / i need my medication" plastic surgery cuz u feel like thats what you need to survive. + you often take medication after most plastic surgery i believe. correct me if im wrong "so a titty-twist and mad scientists" basically the mad scientists are the people doing the surgery. i assume titty-twist just refers to plastic surgery but. i've never really heard the term before... again, correct me if i'm wrong

Great song, but it's beyond confusing. I agree with 39smooth, though. Random with rhyming here and there. Maybe you could go farther to say that actual supermodels were involved, but I dunno.
