Yeah it was a White Zombie song, but it was also on Rob Zombie's greatest hits Past Present and Future. So its not completely out of place here.
Not sure about the meaning, if there is one. Seems to be about a guy that wants to live longer and is performing cannibalistic rutials to do so.
The blade runner relationship is not just the title either, in the movie the replicant humans have a limited life span built into them. Once they find this out they try to find a away to extend their life.

"I am The nexus one" is also another blade runner reference, the replicants in that were from the nexus line.
Specifically a Nexus-1 would have been the first series of replicants, by the time of Blade Runner they're up to nexus 5 and 6, and 7 is rumored at. So, the narrator is saying he's the first line of artificial humanoid essentially.
the live ozzfest version sounds/feels better than the original version for me..
For some reason I hear this song I think of apocalyptic wasteland with insane psychics killing everything. Like they're 'more human than human'.
