Frances The Mute Lyrics

It’s been thirteen seconds
Since you all last said
I’ve become the apparition
You predicted for my death
You said that flirting brings
You closer to the end
You can bait it to the water
But you’ll never get the hint
And like a stain of bricks goes
Dancing by your head
Plucked from an icebox
Grafted on my skin

It’s been thirteen seconds
Since you all last said
I’ve become the apparition
You predicted for my death
You said that flirting brings
You closer to the end
You can bait it to the water
but you’ll never get the hint
and like a stain of bricks goes
Dancing by your head
Plucked from an icebox
Grafted on my skin

My coat has withered marks
Mink hits the shovel fix
Near the sway of pendulums
Bore abrasions and a kiss
She said, “I’ll never let them hurt you
I’ll never let them in"
What you took from me is mine
What is mine I’ll never give

Mascara glass in the molar weeds
Her ash, a serpent infancy
His eye patch pussed a gap of sand
Into his shine a sedative
More and more the dirt collects
and you’ll never find her body now
in a closet festered in a secret air
Blonde underneath a blackened hair
and he never knew the colony
Gestated in his bed
Mingle with the carnivores
you’ve something both in common now
Until one day, with his wasted breath
Swollen throat and karma debt
Set foot inside a parlor
to find her drunken by receipts
to find her drunken by receipts
He held her by the ankles
Gutted at the nave
Yes gutted and depraved
He tied a rope around her legs
and let her hang for seven days

This never happened
but I saw you leave
and crawl into
a bed of broken windows

This never happened
but I saw you leave
and crawl into
a bed of broken windows

This never happened
but I saw you leave
and crawl into
a bed of broken windows

This never happened

First of all, thanks for the site z ro!

Second, People... STOP COMPLANING ABOUT "random noises" They are NOT random. With TMV, everything has a meaning or is part of the story (example: at the end of Cgynus... those noises might be the freeway that the character is riding on as he goes looking for his parents).

The sounds at the beginning of this song almost drive you insane, causing you to tense up and be a little angry, which is what they probably wanted to do. Then it relizes the pressure by jumping into a freakin' awesome song. It IS AMAZING. It lives up to Cassandra, and i like how it is almost an extension of that song...truly, TMV is the Best Band Ever.

I've always thought that Frances was the widow. Cygnus' mom. L'via is the prostitute: just look at L'Via L'Viaquez.

Frances is the widow.

such an amazing song. when is it being officially released? like on cd or something?

in japan its on a dvd that came with the album, in uk the decoder is on the widow single. Id like to know if you can sumhow unlock so that it plays on the album, or if the song is on the single. If you notice on the back of the cd theres a ring of data that is seperated from the actual music so maybe thats it.

I really like how the whole album has been put together as this song is the begining and the end so play the album on a loop(with this song at the begining or the end) and its will continually play with no breaks.

GREAT GREAT song, the acoustic guitar in the interlude sounds exciting. This song would be the last one on the album but in UK would be released as single, not as a 6th track on Frances The Mute.

This Never Happened....!

It's a single, but the lyrics are behind the CD. It's a fucking great song. The guitars are amazing and after the middle, the way he says the lyrics are just plain creepy.
