sherri wrote this song, "my lovely," for then boyfriend jesse lacey. according to blogs/pictures/journals, sherri was deeply inlove with jesse and agreed to go on tour with brand new in 2003. she wrote "my lovely" in the beginning of her relationship with jesse.
