it's sort of interesting. The language has a sort of Jamaican patois thing to it, while the music is clearly hilbilly inspired.
Also, the donkey is clearly a feller who has recently become quite whipped.
To me, it's always seemed like one of the few XTC songs that give off a sexual, or at least sexy, vibe. The cryptic lyrics combined with the crack-hillbilly music sounds, to me, like a description of backwoods dominatrix. Could just be me, though. ;)
