Fix what’s wrong, but don’t rewrite what the artist wrote. Stick to the official released version — album booklet, label site, verified lyric video, etc. If you’re guessing, pause and double-check.
Respect the structure
Songs have rhythm. Pages do too. Leave line breaks where they belong. Don’t smash things together or add extra empty space just for looks.
Punctuation counts (but vibe-editing doesn’t)
Correct typos? Yes. Re-punctuating a whole verse because it ‘looks better’? Probably not. Keep capitalization and punctuation close to the official source.
Don’t mix versions
If you’re editing the explicit version, keep it explicit. If it’s the clean version, keep it clean. No mashups.
Let the lyrics be lyrics
This isn’t the place for interpretations, memories, stories, or trivia — that’s what comments are for. Keep metadata, translations, and bracketed stage directions out unless they’re officially part of the song.
Edit lightly
If two lines are wrong… fix the two lines. No need to bulldoze the whole page. Think ‘surgical,’ not ‘remix.’
When in doubt, ask the crowd
Not sure what they’re singing in that fuzzy bridge? Drop a question in the comments and let the music nerds swarm. Someone always knows.
the beginning part is real dreamy and epic, i cant really desribe the way it makes me feel it's so awesome.... also the way the end part progresses to the finale is fucken classic :)
Ah! This instrumental song is a stunning piece of music... the drums and guitars blend straight out to perfection... its like poetry in musical form. Its just too brilliant a composition... it almost gets me to orgasm...!
hahaha preemania golden. I know what you mean.
This song never fails to make me shiver whilst making me feel the sadness that accompanies it.. the way it flows to beautifully into lines in the sand... damn.
Hmm let me check... Mike Portnoy, John Myung and Derek Sheridian for this particural piece ;)
But, yes... absolutely a stunning piece of instrumental music! It builds up all the time and flows so.. liquidly to Lines in the Sand.. I think it's one of the best instrumentals DT has.

Outstanding. This is probably my favorite instrumental track from the band.
One of the best instrumental songs of DT and the best ending part that exists.
My favourite song, without a doubt. If i'm having a bad day at work, I can listen to this on my break and feel sooo good :)
Ytse Jam or DoE is my fav instrumental song. I like this song very much too though. It's so I don't know, kind of peaceful or something.
