I just hear a sad situation in which a dad isn't told about his daughter's pregnancy. I would be pretty confused and bummed too, just like the voice!
I think this is actually more like... someone's heard that a relative of theirs is having a baby, but it's old news and the singer was never told about it, so they feel like they're being left out of not only that person's life, but the new child's as well.
can't really tell who's having the baby, but this guy is pretty bummed out. His voice weighs a thousand pounds in this song.

I think of a mother, a father and their daughter sitting down to talk, and the mother saying the title of the song "She's having a baby". So now the father feels left out, because the mother knew, and it's like they left him out because they thought he would be angry, but he wouldn't've been, and now he's just sad :(
The songs name is "SHE is having a baby!" but the male voice sings: "so we are having a baby- in november!" that means that he somehow things he is part of it but the next sentance reveal that he isn't really cause the only responsability he will take is: "sending his blessings and kisses!" - AND I guess the mother was pretty pissed by his not taking responsability emotionaly and financially - and now the "dad" now sends enought belssing and kissing- and then he is like : "Why wasn't I told!" - like he wanted her better to abord...

I think the song plays the stereotype of the tenage father who just want to get out of the trouble but as not to be called a bad father, we still is like "Why wasn't I told?" as if that would change something- he is not taking responsability anyway
why a relative? It could be an ex girlfriend he had a serious relationship with and now he finds out she's having a baby with her new man.
