it's a bleak outlook—but "nails" most probably is "sex" in this connotation. (as i can't imagine it being anything else.)

this song is about girls being idiots and guys letting them get to you but then they all the sudden care a lot about you and your meaninglessness after you dont matter. the chinese stars are awfully love/sex/death/drug oriented lyrically, but its all to dance to so don't worry about what it MEANS just frikin dance.
