To me this song represents emotion that I think we all feel sometimes. It gives me the feeling of a break up and the whole feeling down thing that comes with that.
Like it says "you can't rely on time to change the way you feel" maybe not the break up-er but I think time helps for the break up-ee.
best song off the album, by far. she knows it's going to hurt for a long time to come, but she's accepted it and is looking at it in a kind of a sad, nostalgic way, but with hope for the future as well.
