I love this song. The meaning is simple, Its wanting to talk to someone who you love because you have grown apart from them. Sounds a lot like my life. Calling someone in this song is probably a metaphor for want to get back with that person. "I close my eyes and I keep seeing things Rainbow waterfalls Sunny liquid dreams" Is probably a way of saying he is falling in love. Whatever it means its still a very good song, If I start a band, I would like to do a cover of this song.

I created an account just so I could comment here. The Seatbelts are amazing and I'm shocked this song only has 2 comments. If you watched episode 24 of Cowboy Bebop then you know what this is all about. (I guess if you read the lyrics you'd know too). But yeah this song is amazing. The Seatbelts are amazing. And its already been said by KuzzEyeSedSoe but Yoko Kanno IS a Goddess.
