The band was interviewed about this song, and they said that it was about an evil man trying to redeem himself and do the right thing, which is a theme that's very often explored in the morality play that is pro wrestling. I wonder if this means Christian's due for a run as a face?
That would've made since he was face already. Interesting thought though, but I doubt it.
He wasn't a face, He was a heel who got tons of Face heat.

This was an awesome song that Christian Cage used as his theme when he was simply known as "Christian"... it was an awesome song though.
Pepsi: You think his TNA music is better? It's a pretty transparent knockoff of "My Last Breath" by Evanescence (http://www.songmeanings.net/query.php?action=go&lid=3530822107858484675) and, while it has a good sound, I can't really get past that.
