If you actually listen to this song, I'm quite sure there's a LOT more to it than what's there in the CDbooklet. This is just the spoken portion. I'm really curious as to what the rest is.

I don't know if there are more words or not.
I mean, they sound like words, but I can't comprehend a thing he's saying.
So maybe they're "speaking in tongues". You know, just jibberish crap.
It would make sense that they aren't words since they are talking about how words lose their meaning if you use them too much, so they literally turn into jibberish. Also, that verse comes right after repeatedly yelling "goddamn". Could be a commentary on how that word is more commonplace now.
