open heart surgery is a cool name for it, it fits with the whole "letting it all show" mood. definately about a girl that he loves and cant get outta his head. newcombe's great

i love this song's atmosphere. the somber tone of the music with such lovey, sweet lyrics..it's fantastic. it's like the message you send someone you truly love when they are having a bit of a breakdown. anton newcombe never gets old.
