I find it odd that so every lyric website I have found has this song totally wrong. This might have a few mistakes but it is closer to what anybody else has posted( makes more sense too).

It might be "sadly sway" instead of "stay this way", but I think i'm right. Its very hard to tell the way he sings it, but I hear an "is" as in "this" right before the stay or sway, not the "ly" that would be there with "sadly." I wish I could verify this with legitimate lyrics from the actual band though......

I saw these guys with mewithoutYou a few weeks ago, & oh man, they were great! Especially this song! Aaron Weiss (lead singer of mewithoutYou) came out and did a part on the drums with the drummer & the guitar player had maracas & then started doing this beat on a snare drum and at the end they were all singing & chanting...ahhh it was so great! I love this song...

I saw these guys play with Murder By Death. This song sold me on the album. The way they played it live. It had such an epic feeling.

I saw them with MeWithoutYou too and Aaron did the drums, it was awesome. It sounded so rad.

I also saw them open for mewithoutYou and I instantly loved the music. I think they are incredibly live, but their cds don't do them justice.

This song has so many raw emotions. It gives me chills when I hear it. Eternity as a bitter fist, what a great analogy.

I know that many lyrics websites will say different but that's what I hear when I listen to this song. I've seen this band live many times and they're incredible. One show in particular with Manchester Orchestra and mewithoutYou, during this song, the bands all came out and played the drum solo at the end. AMAZINGGGGGG. I get chills everytime I hear it.
