It's "take it off" because that's something that got yelled at them a lot during concerts..it's like roll reversal.

The donnas have an insanely awesome sense of humor...theyre turning the whole guy/girl thing around, and taking charge as girls...instead of guys. It works, man, and it kicks ass at the same time.
