Lost in a Fantasy Lyrics
Suspendid
I'm weightless
Probing through my thoughts
I'm unconcious
I swallow the thought of one day
I will wake to reality
How can I find my own?
Lost in a fantasy
When will this life be whole?
I've tried a million ways
To break free
I stay high
Sedated
Insecurities far away now
Wasted, I stand here and bleed
For a way to reinvent me
Prepare for the leap
There will be no more suffering
Push within to find the will
To plunge to the end
Take a deep breath
Plunge to the face of the earth
For the awakening
Face down on concrete
Pick up all the shattered
Pieces of me
I'm weightless
Probing through my thoughts
I'm unconcious
I swallow the thought of one day
I will wake to reality
Lost in a fantasy
When will this life be whole?
I've tried a million ways
To break free
Sedated
Insecurities far away now
Wasted, I stand here and bleed
For a way to reinvent me
There will be no more suffering
Push within to find the will
To plunge to the end
Plunge to the face of the earth
For the awakening
Face down on concrete
Pick up all the shattered
Pieces of me

I love the guitar riff in the chorus!
i love the whole fuckin song dude its an amazing song...and i think the end is fuckin badass dude....i think this song is about a drug addiction and how hes tried "a million ways to break free" but he cant so he hopes that one day he will "wake to reality"
I'm not sure what this song is about but I love it. It's the first song I ever heard from them and I can't wait for the full length CD to come out. I was hopin for either Manntis or ADF. I'm glad at least one of them got it.
In the beginning it sounds like he's attempting to hang himself...or maybe somebody hung him? And then he's bleeding, and he's waiting for this life to be whole...and hmmm....To me, this sounds like he's a black slave. He's bleeding and being hung, and he's waiting for this life to be whole, because being a slave is pretty much torture. And then it's a "fantasy" for the white people. There isn't much evidence for what this song is about, but to me it's just about slavery.
