I think this song is about a girl that wants to lure a guy in her room. It's just what I'm thinking. I just dont get the clone part.

The clone part is probably a reference to "Science Genius Girl", which is about cloning Sean T. Drinkwater so that he could become 'The Other Sean T. Drinkwater' and be a member of Freezepop. :D I don't know if that necessarily makes the song about Sean, but otherwise, Freezepop songs are pretty straightforward.
